The WideAisle automated accessibility diagnostic assesses a public Shopify storefront. It attempts one representative public page for each storefront template it can discover at desktop and mobile sizes, and attempts the first checkout step when the store allows it. The report records which viewport checks completed and any recorded page error.
The deliverable is a web report provided through an access-controlled share link. It includes prioritized automated WCAG 2.1 A/AA findings, affected selectors and markup, WCAG references, Shopify-oriented remediation guidance, evidence screenshots where useful and available, and a remediation roadmap. It does not include changes to your store, specialist accessibility review, legal advice, certification, or a conformance determination.
You must provide a valid public Shopify storefront address and an email address you control. By ordering, you confirm that you own the store or are authorized by its owner to request the scan. The product does not cover password-protected storefronts, customer accounts, admin pages, private applications, or other content that requires credentials.
If public ordering is offered, the applicable checkout will state the price and delivery terms before payment. A scan that finds no automated WCAG violations can still be a completed diagnostic when its stated scope was successfully checked.
Automated tools cannot evaluate every accessibility requirement and can produce incomplete or incorrect results. The report identifies only the issues supported by the checks and representative pages in its recorded scope. You are responsible for reviewing proposed changes, testing them before release, and deciding whether broader human evaluation is appropriate.
You may share the report with employees, contractors, developers, agencies, and professional advisers working for the assessed store. Keep the access-controlled share link within that authorized group. WideAisle retains its software, report format, and general remediation material. You retain all rights in your storefront and content.
