Current availability

WideAisle is not currently accepting public orders or payments for the automated diagnostic. There is therefore no current public price, delivery commitment, or recurring service to which a refund term applies.

If ordering is made available

The applicable checkout and terms will state the purchased scope and refund conditions before payment. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

How refunds are handled

Email hello@wideaisle.com with the store address and, if applicable, the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears.
